Please read these Terms carefully before using vistora.in or making a purchase. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
'Vistora,' 'we,' 'us,' 'our' = Vistora Home Décor. 'Website' = vistora.in. 'User,' 'you,' 'your' = any person accessing the website. 'Products' = all items for purchase. 'Order' = confirmed purchase.
2. USE OF WEBSITE
Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By placing an order, you represent legal age
and capacity to enter binding contracts.
Account: Browse without registering. Checkout as guest or create account. You are responsible for
maintaining confidentiality of your account.
Prohibited: Unlawful use, unauthorized access, interfering with functionality, automated systems,
reproducing/reselling without authorization, false information.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Accuracy: Colors may vary due to monitor settings. Handmade products may have slight variations
in size, color, finish (celebrated as authentic craftsmanship). Dimensions approximate, may vary
1-2 cm.
Availability: Subject to availability. We reserve right to discontinue without notice. Stock
unavailability = notification + refund or alternative offer.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Pricing: All prices in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST. Subject to change without notice, but
changes don't affect orders already placed.
Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe,
Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay), COD (up to Rs:5,000).
Security: All online payments via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay). We do not store card
details.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION
Confirmation: Confirmed after successful payment (prepaid) or placement (COD). Order
confirmation email/SMS sent.
Cancellation: Before dispatch — cancel within 24 hours via hello.thevistora@gmail.com, full refund 5-7 days.
After dispatch — cannot cancel. Refuse delivery or initiate return after receipt.
Modification: Cannot modify after placement. Cancel and place new order if changes needed.
6. SHIPPING

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (text, images, logos, designs, descriptions) is property of Vistora Home Décor, protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and IP laws. You may NOT copy, reproduce, distribute, use trademarks without authorization, create derivative works, or use product images for commercial purposes.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, or data; website downtime damages; damages exceeding amount paid for specific product. Force Majeure: Not liable for delays beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions).
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vistora, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force.
13. CHANGES
We reserve right to modify Terms at any time. Changes effective immediately upon posting.
