RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vistora, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Return within 7 days of delivery if: product is unused and in original condition, all
packaging/tags/accessories intact, not listed under Non-Returnable Items, and you have original invoice.
2. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Initiate — Log in → My Orders → Select Order → Click 'Return Item' OR email
hello.thevistora@gmail.com with order number and reason.
Step 2: Approval — Team reviews within 24-48 hours. Return confirmation email sent with pickup details.
Step 3: Pickup/Self-Ship — We arrange reverse pickup (free) OR you self-ship (reimbursed up to Rs:100).
Step 4: Quality Check — Inspect within 2-3 business days after receipt. Refund initiated if passed.
Step 5: Refund — Processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days. COD orders via UPI/bank transfer.
3. REFUND TIMELINES

4. EXCHANGE POLICY
No direct exchanges. Return original product → Place new order for desired product. Ensures faster processing and avoids stock unavailability.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Products used, washed, or altered. Products without original packaging or tags.
Customized/personalized products. Products damaged due to misuse. Gift cards and promotional items.
6. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE
Email within 24 hours at hello.thevistora@gmail.com with clear photos of damage/defect and packaging. We arrange free replacement or full refund — your choice. No return shipping needed.
7. WRONG PRODUCT
Contact within 48 hours. We arrange free pickup of wrong item. Correct product shipped
immediately OR full refund.
8. CANCELLATION BY VISTORA
We reserve right to cancel if: out of stock, pricing/description error, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions. Full refund within 3-5 business days.
9. STORE CREDIT
May be offered instead of refund. No expiry date. Can be used for any product. Non-transferable and non-refundable.
